Previously known as the Pet Food Manufacturers’ Association or PFMA, we rebranded as UK Pet Food to better reflect our diverse membership.  As a united association of pet food manufacturers, suppliers, and industry partners, our diverse membership works collaboratively to raise the bar in pet nutrition.

We take our role in feeding and nourishing much-loved family pets very seriously.  Being a member of UK Pet Food demonstrates that the pet food producer is committed to adhering to strict legislation and owners can have complete confidence they are addressing all their pet’s nutritional needs.

The way we work combines three core elements…

We set out to develop and impart KNOWLEDGE through educational fact sheets, training and providing access to the latest regulations and industry best practice. Our members can also benefit from one-to-one advice.

Through COLLABORATION, we bring the industry together and work closely with organisations connected to the pet food industry, so we can help to build the best possible future for UK pet food.

And we use our INFLUENCE, as a single voice to communicate on important industry decisions and emerging topics.
